Facts, never verdicts
B-BBEE status is decided by SANAS-accredited verification agencies, not by software. BeeLevel presents records and evidence; it never computes points, levels or pass/fail outcomes. That line is structural, not cosmetic.
About
BeeLevel is a product of Aurion Creative, a South African software studio. It exists because enterprise and supplier development, one of the most consequential parts of B-BBEE, is usually administered in the least consequential tools: spreadsheets in three versions, shared drives nobody trusts, and email threads that become the audit trail by accident.
The cost of that chaos lands twice. It lands on transformation teams every verification season, reconstructing a year of work under deadline. And it lands on beneficiary SMEs, who get chased for the same certificate three times by three different people because nobody can see it was already sent.
BeeLevel is the boring, load-bearing fix: one system of record where beneficiaries, documents, spend and evidence live together, kept in order as the year happens rather than assembled in a panic at the end of it.
B-BBEE status is decided by SANAS-accredited verification agencies, not by software. BeeLevel presents records and evidence; it never computes points, levels or pass/fail outcomes. That line is structural, not cosmetic.
Approved financial records are immutable, corrections are visible reversals, and every action lands in an append-only audit log. A system of record that can be quietly rewritten is not a system of record.
SMEs are the point of ESD, not its paperwork burden. They get their own portal, their preferred contact channel is honoured, and personal information is collected minimally and shown only to the people whose job needs it.
Demos are given by the team that writes the software, so hard questions are welcome.
